01Which schools is Schylva designed for?

Schylva is being built for schools across CBSE, ICSE, Indian State Boards, IB, Cambridge and other school frameworks. India is the first market; international markets will follow.

02Will administrators, teachers, parents and students all be supported?

Yes. All four roles are part of the launch scope, with connected, role-appropriate web experiences.

03Will Schylva have iOS and Android apps?

Yes. Complete-feature mobile apps for iOS and Android are coming at launch for administrators, teachers, parents and students.

04How does the introductory free-access offer work?

Schools that complete account activation by 31 March 2027 at 11:59 PM IST can use Schylva free until their configured 2028–29 academic-year end date. Payment-gateway charges remain payable.

05What happens after the introductory period?

Qualifying schools receive a non-cumulative 30% discount each year on the price applicable to their school under the introductory offer.

06Does Schylva use WhatsApp or SMS for school updates?

WhatsApp and non-login SMS are not launch communication channels. The current verified release does not send login verification codes by SMS; school workflow updates use Schylva in-app and push notifications at launch.
