These summary terms record the confirmed commercial structure of Remonthub’s Schylva introductory offer. A qualifying school will receive the complete definitive terms with its activation and service documents.
Eligibility and deadline
Eligibility is limited to approved schools that complete the Schylva school-account activation process by the deadline. A demo request, quote request, negotiation or incomplete onboarding does not qualify.
Offer period
The period is not a fixed two years or 24 months. The school’s 2028–29 academic-year record and end date must be configured, validated and auditable. Changes affecting the promotional end date may require review.
Included Schylva scope
The qualifying period includes approved launch modules across administrator, teacher, parent and student web portals and the corresponding complete iOS and Android launch experiences, plus standard onboarding, initial configuration, staff training and initial migration as defined in the school’s written scope.
Charges outside the offer
Razorpay or another payment-gateway transaction charges remain payable by the school under provider terms. SMS is limited to login OTP and Schylva covers the approved OTP SMS charge. WhatsApp and non-OTP SMS are not launch communication channels.
After the offer
After the qualifying free-access period, the school moves to its applicable school-specific paid plan. Each year the school receives 30% off that year’s applicable Schylva price. The discount does not compound or apply to the previous year’s discounted amount.
Definitive agreement
The definitive terms will address activation evidence, standard service limits, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, cancellation, misuse, external providers, support, renewal notice, data export, governing law and other school-specific conditions.
