Information you choose to provide

Marketing enquiries stay limited to business contact details.

When you prepare a demo, quote or contact request, you may provide your name, role, school, city, work email, mobile number, approximate school size, preferred contact time and message. Do not submit student records or confidential school data.

How it is used

To respond, understand your request and plan a relevant conversation.

Remonthub may use enquiry information to respond, prepare a demonstration or quote, discuss implementation and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold as a marketing list.

Current website behaviour

The temporary form opens your own email application.

Until a form-delivery provider is connected, the website does not transmit the form to a website database. Your device prepares an email to nikhil@remonthub.com and you choose whether to send it.

Website analytics

Google Tag Manager supports approved website measurement.

The website uses Google Tag Manager, provided by Google, to load and manage approved website measurement tags. Tags published in the container may set or read cookies and send website-usage data to their configured providers. Remonthub does not intentionally send enquiry-form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, school names, messages, OTPs or student information through Google Tag Manager.

Retention and sharing

Keep only what is needed for the enquiry and relationship.

Enquiry correspondence may be retained for follow-up, commercial records, legal requirements and dispute handling. Information may be handled by necessary email, hosting or professional service providers under their applicable terms. Website-usage data may be processed by Google or another approved measurement provider under its applicable terms and the tag settings selected by Remonthub.
