School attendance management

Attendance that stays connected to the school day.

Teachers mark the relevant class roster once. The same attendance record then supports school oversight and the personal view connected to a parent or student account.

The current web workflow stays grounded in configured student, teacher, class and section relationships.

One connected record

A clear handoff from school context to the right view.

Attendance moves through one connected record instead of separate lists for marking, oversight and personal review.

  1. Configured context

    Start with the right class.

Student, teacher, class and section relationships place the roster in context.

  2. One attendance record

Mark once for the school day.

The teacher submits the daily class attendance record through the assigned roster.

  3. Relevant access

Return to the view that fits the role.

Administrators review school context; Parents and Students see the personal record available to their account.

Role-specific views

One record does not mean one generic dashboard.

Each role keeps a distinct responsibility and level of context. Open the complete role page to evaluate the rest of that school-day experience.

Teachers

Mark the assigned class, not a school-wide register.

Teachers open the appropriate class roster and record the day’s attendance.
